Enisha's Interim
I feel like my fitness level is still increasing I do feel a little bit at times now I have been getting a little bit lower. I'm going to keep improving. I am still very involved with the class social dynamics. I communicate with my peers and participate in class activities. My friends in the class encourage me to try harder, my mom and dad pay really close attention and encourage me to not give up. I am always prepared for class, I forgot my P.E strip twice so far. My leadership is still good I feel. The other day Mrs.Miles came up to me and asked if I could throw beanbags with a boy in her class named Jaden, he is in a wheelchair. I enjoyed helping out. I do sport karate, out of school, this helps me out a lot with physical education. My health is good, although at times I do pig out and eat a lot of sugar and not make healthy choices, but I usually regret it after. My goal is still not to give up, and keep going. I would like to still improve I feel like I still have somethings to learn!! Overall I feel like I'm at the same level! :)
Enisha Dhaliwal's Reflection
Reflection:
1) I have been very prepared. I brought all my gym clothes everyday. I never missed a class and was on time every single day.
2) I feel my level is at a 5. Every time after a gym class I feel exhausted, sweating, can't stand, sick to my stomach and soar.
3) I am very positive about the class. I make an effort every time. I feel my attitude towards P.E. this year is a lot better tan last year! Last year I would give up faster, but this year i seem to have kept going and not given up.
4) I have demonstrated positive leadership this year by encouraging my peers to try harder and not to give up. I have helped out by setting and organizing some games.
5) My goals I have set for my fitness this year is not giving up, and get more motivation. I have been working to accomplish these goals by telling my body I have to keep going even when it is telling me stop. This is also helping with my motivation.
6) One thing I have learned about my body this year is my body can last longer in community runs and I didn't realize it could before. Another thing I learned is it's not my body telling me to give up, its actually my mind. I need to learn to control it.
7) I believe an accurate grade in P.E. this year would be an A.
8) I am happy with the above grade, but still would like to keep at it and keep getting higher.
